Parents of LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran, who were taken into custody from an IDP camp in Vavuniya and detained separately from all others were transferred to Colombo for further investigation.
According to police officials, legal action will be taken against them for supporting terrorism in the country.
Both of them were taken into custody when they were with other displaced people in an IDP camp in Vavuniya few weeks ago.
